With the development of real estate intermediary market,the demand for real estate is becoming more and more diversified.The innovation of enterprise,especially the innovation of marketing strategy,is very important.Not only the emergence of enterprise management problems,the existing enterprise marketing strategy is also uneven.On the basis of marketing combination theory and service marketing theory,this paper discusses the application of marketing strategies in combination with the characteristics of existing intermediary real estate companies,and analyzes the marketing strategies of real estate intermediary companies.There are five main parts of the thesis The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,through the background introduction,the direction and method of more clear research,the second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the research and literature review.The third part mainly scans the marketing environment of QBJ Inc.,and analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of the marketing strategy of the front-line sales supervisor of QBJ Inc.,based on the original framework of STP and 4Ps specific analysis;The fourth part is based on STP,the new marketing mix theory 2Vs+2Rs,the new framework of service marketing theory to QBJ company first-line sales.The fifth part introduces the safeguard measures of the new marketing strategy of the first line sales manager of QBJ Inc.Based on the marketing theory and the reference of real estate and the related knowledge of real estate intermediary,this paper analyzes the present situation of real estate intermediary and the marketing strategy of the front line sales supervisor to carry on the research and summary.Combined with the development of real estate intermediary enterprises in our country,based on the practice,the marketing strategy of QBJ company front-line sales supervisor is analyzed and studied in detail,and its marketing combination strategy is obtained.It is hoped that the research methods and ideas can be used for reference for the marketing and operation strategy of real estate intermediary service.
