| The 21century is an age of mass customization, the ability that the automobile enterprises satisfy the customer with quick response and customized product decide whether they have the competition advantages to success in the supply chain. Under the above background, this paper research the special automobiles supply chain and enterprise based on the Build-to-Order (BTO) environment, which is drove by customer order and constrained by production and logistics capability. The objective of the supply chain planning mode based on BTO is to satisfy the customization demand, compress the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) time, achieve supply chain cooperation, enhance agile ability of supply chain and build the competition advantage.According to the investigate result of some famous special automobile manufacturers and hanyang special automobile research institution, this paper gives a detailed introduce of the general situation, production mode, supply chain structure, planning mode actuality of the special automobile industry. Then analyzes the character and problems of the special automobile industry behind the pressure of customization and quick response. This part establishes foundation for the last research.Based on the analysis of the special automobiles industry supply chain planning actuality and the research literature review, this paper presented a supply chain planning mode in BTO environment. According to the definition of supply chain operation reference model (SCOR), the proposed mode is made up of purchase, production and delivery planning. Then introduced the operation mode and designed the synchronized planning model and algorithm of production and transportation.A case study is given to explain the performance of the proposed supply chain planning mode for a special automobile manufacturer and discussed the possible problem in the implement process. It is helpful for special automobiles supply chain and enterprises to build effective planning mode to improve competition advantage. |
