With the diversified demand of the customers and the quickly changed of the competition environment, the plan mode for time-oriented competition in SC is becoming an important research field in plan modes research in supply chain management. Based on analysis of the insufficient of the plan modes which are used widely at the present time, this paper presents three new kinds of Planning Train of Thought in supply chain: distribution mode, concentration mode and integration mode, which regard shortening multi-stage response time as the main purpose. The integration mode is more suitable for the environment of time-oriented competition. The process of planning is presented on the base of the integration mode. And this paper analyses the planning process is influenced by Push&Pull combined operational strategy Mode in the environment of time-oriented competition. Based on analysis of the typical plan mode, this thesis presents a new kind of framework plan mode in supply chain: Predict-order mode. This new mode makes node enterprises in supply chain link up business information and make plans in advance, while the upstream enterprise produce, the downstream enterprises prepare, all the node enterprises in supply chain perfectly synchronized. This new operation mechanism can help to compress multi-stage response time. This paper analyses the key operation elements of the plan performing in supply chain, and compares the operation mechanism and the composition of multi-stage response time of the new plan mode and traditional plan mode in supply chain. This paper analyses the Predict-order mode's operation through the instances at last.
