The planning of the new energy automobile industrial park is the planning activity of the development of the new energy automobile industry under the specific conditions such as the geographical environment,the industrial policy and the market environment of the park where the development of the industrial park is common.The current industrial park construction is faced with the poor association of enterprises,enterprises to repeat the introduction of similar industries and other prominent issues.At the same time,the construction of new energy Automobile industrial Park has many similarities with the traditional automobile construction.With reference to the development pattern and construction example of the traditional automobile industry park,combined with the development characteristics of the new energy automobile industry,the industrial cluster with strong industrial relation is the new energy automobile industry The key to the various problems in the park.The purpose of the construction of the new energy automobile industrial park is to form a highly efficient industrial cluster.Industrial clusters are usually presented in the form of cluster supply chains.Then the purpose of the construction of new energy automotive industrial park is the new energy vehicle cluster supply chain efficient operation.Through the analysis of the development pattern of the traditional automobile industry park and the characteristics of the new energy vehicle,the paper analyzes the structure and evolution of the supply chain of the new energy vehicle cluster,and analyzes the development mode of the new energy automobile industrial park based on the cluster supply chain.From the perspective of analyzing the characteristics of the new energy automobile industry park,combined with the development mode of the new energy automobile industry park,the planning scheme of the new energy automobile industry park is designed.Based on the relevant theoretical research of the new energy vehicle cluster supply chain and the planning case of the automobile industry park,this paper has formulated a new energy automobile industrial park planning scheme to construct the new energy automobile industry park which is highly efficient operation.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the characteristics of the definition of and classification of the new energy vehicles and the characteristics of the planning of the new energy automobile industry park,analyzes the development mode of the automobile industry park in country and abroad,analyzes the relationship between the cluster supply chain and the industrial park,and establishes the construction of the new energy automobile industrial park aims.Secondly,analyzes the new energy vehicle Cluster supply chain structure and evolution of the law,to determine the cluster supply chain based on the development of new energy automotive industrial park model.Thirdly,it introduces the connotation and function of the characteristics of the industrial park,analyzes the characteristics of the new energy automobile industry park,summarizes its construction into production cooperation requirements,spatial layout characteristics and land demand three levels,and uses the cluster supply chain to the new energy vehicle Industrial park production cooperation requirements for further analysis,on the basis of the design of the new energy automotive industrial park planning framework.Finally,the new energy automotive industrial park planning framework,based on the combination of Bishan new energy automotive industry development,the Bishan District,the new energy automotive industry park planning,the program was eventually adopted.
