Development Report Of Headquarters Economy In Jinniu District, Chengdu

Being a result of market economy development and industrial upgrading, headquarters economy is a new economic style to promote regional economic competitive ability. Currently, as a strategic choice, many major cities are experiencing the development of headquarters economy to improve the economic development and industrial upgrading. Although different regions have gained certain economic and social effects, problems still exist. For example, space planning still needs improving, industrial position remains similar, administration barrier seems comparatively serious. These are the issues that we should face and solve in the process of development of headquarters economy, especially in the central district of western China. Combination of regional condition and industrial character, emancipating of minds, accurate position and innovative measures are needed to search for the mode of development of headquarters economy with characteristics of the region itself. This is where the significance for this paper lies.This paper mainly consists of 7 parts—preface, theories on economy of general headquarters, domestic practice, practice in Chengdu, feasibility analysis, existing problems, overall thinking and Countermeasures. It mainly focuses on which This paper is guided by the relative theory on national headquarters economy, taking Jinniu Distict of Chengdu as a research target and combining economic and social objective facts of the region, and outlines some ideas and measures on how to develop the headquarters economy and construct headquarters base in Jinniu District of Chengdu and a try of development of headquarters economy for other similar central district in western China.Innovation of this paper: associating with the area development, a series of feasible overall thinking and measures for general headquarters' economic development, are presented. And this, bravely contributes a lot to the development of headquarters' economy in some resembling central urban area in Midwest. At the same time, because of limited time and writing ability, there must be some weak points in this paper, especially the insufficient analysis of the general headquarters' own marketing needs. And these all, need my further exploration, innovation and supplement.
