Investment environment affect and decide theevery side of investment function, for example investment motivation, investmentcreate, investment format, investment behavior, investment frame, investmentyield, investment decision-making, investment aim ect. Because the investmentactivity has much difference in the practical economic activities, investmentenvironment also has the same instance. Hereby it is much necessary that theinvestor as the main body of this investment should know the local investmentenvironment very well. The last investment decision-making depends on thesatisfying analysis and accurate evaluation which has been done by the investoron each kind of uncertaint environment. Simirally, owning to the FDI hold moreand more important function in a country or an area development, all thegovernments are to try their best to improve the local investment environment, tobring up the fitting environment attracting investor.
