Finance is the core of modern economy. The problem resolving rural economic development can't be separated from the financial support. But in recent years, the problems of the contraction in the formal banking institution in rural area, a great quantity of rural area fund running off, the financial services in rural lagging and peasants' having difficultly gotten a loan commonly exist, which indicates that the financial support in rural areas is being reduced and the rural economic development is being gravely affected. The thesis makes use of the relevant theory of the financial support to study the support effect contributing to the rural economy increases, discussing the primal problems and causes in the rural finance, and the advanced experience of the foreign countries, and putting forward support tactics boosting rural economy development.This thesis consists of seven chapters as follows:Besides the first chapter introduction, chapter 2 is the summary and reviews of the relevant theory about the finance supporting rural economic development. It carries out the summary mainly on the historical analysis method to analyze the mechanism theory that the finance promotes economic growth, the theory about finance development and the theory on rural finance.Chapter 3 describes the current situation of the rural finance development by analyzing the three aspects of financial quantity, financial structure and finance system and analyzes the problems of the financial support in the rural economy and the causes of the problems in our country and the reasons for the deficiency of capital by analyzing the rural financial system, the rural financial ways, and the credit environment.Chapter 4 calculates the contribution of the rural finance to the increase of input, efficiency, and economy growth.Chapter 5 summarizes the experiences of the rural finance support abroad by analyzing the successful experiences of rural finance in supporting agriculture of USA, Japan and India.Chapter 6 puts forward the countermeasures of finance support in the rural economy development.
