The Research On Retail Banking's Development For Yueyang Branch Of China Construction Bank

The retail banking business has become the bank's main profit growth, domestic banks have attached great importance to the development of retail business, many banks in the human, material and financial resources on the retail business to be tilted, and as a strategic business to develop. At the same time, foreign-funded banks are gradually entering China, directly target retail business market, and lock China's huge mass market customer, so the retail business has become increasingly competitive. However, in Yueyang Branch of the China Construction Bank(YBCCB), foundation work of retail business is not solid, relevant mechanism is not sound, still is in relatively primitive stage in which scramble for customer deposits, those two situations formed a striking contrast in the current domestic banks urgent situation.Therefore, herein lies not only the fundamental solution to the problems in the retail business development, but also an essential condition for development of the retail business for YBCCB.This article first elaborates the research background and the significance of thesis, summarizes domestic and foreign research results with this thesis correlation, and has determined research technique and the research content of this paper. Then, on the foundation of simple introduction to YBCCB and the retail banking, carrying on the SWOT analysis, and enumerating eight major problems of YBCCB that exist in development of retail banking, has analyzed two deep reasons. Secondly, according to the problem and the reason analysis, adhereing to the principle of the problem be solved both for the time being and for ever, from "give person fish" and "give the person by the fishing" two angles separately to propose 4 aspects aseries of measures and the means including the establishment of mechanisms, the basic work of advancement, the marketing work of development and the service variety of promotion and so on. Finally, to guarantee propulsion of the development series measure of retail business in YBCCB, carry on analysis about law and policy support, the talented person support, organization support, financial support, technical support and system protection six aspects.
