Study On The Realization Mechanism Of Strategic Alliance's Common Interest

The thesis is divided into six chapters:Chapter1introduces the research background and significance of the selected topic, and summarizes the relevant literature of foreign and domestic strategic management and strategic alliances study. And then, I put forward the research method, the purpose and the major innovation points.Chapter2analyzes several the most important research achievements related to strategic alliances and compares two similar concepts through literature data collection and collation.Chapter3carries on the analysis to the strategic alliance common interest. Meanwhile, it analyzes the strategic alliance member's benefit and its safeguard mechanism.Chapter4analyzes the strategic alliance coordination benefit safeguard mechanism. It has been discovered that strategic alliance declining is inevitable through mathematical model. But we can make strategic alliance continue for a long time through a series of safeguard measures.Chapter5uses two cases to support my viewpoint. One is about the steel and iron profession strategic alliance process and the other is the Haire group's strategic alliance development.Chapter6summarizes the thesis, proposes the research conclusion, the insufficiency and research tendency in the future.
