Through the survey, the proportion of miniature and medium-sized enterprise is up to 99.8% for total enterprises. In the huge background of economic globalization, miniature and medium-sized enterprises are facing more and more competitive circumstance than ever, and they are disadvantaged minorities. It is extreme difficult to develop and strength with self ability at present, even there is possibility to be merged by international huge fund. So, establishing strategic alliance enables enterprises to stand on the giant's shoulder and to grow up in rapid speed. This article analyses how to apply to theory of strategic alliance with the way of summarizing empirical experience in miniature and medium-sized enterprise. On the basis of thorough analysis, this article elaborates the work of strategic alliance which had been established and the method which had been managed by S company, then specifically illustrates risks and experiences from S company. Strategic alliance is an inevitable choice for modern enterprise. So, what this article focuses on is probability, advantage, development pattern, risk, countermeasure etc. arised from strategic alliance. I expect this article can provide related miniature and medium-sized enterprise and manager with reference and advice in practice.
