With its economy keeping on a high-speed growth, our China is suffering more and more foreign trade frictions among which the developed countries is the main object. But now with entering the WTO, our China has suffered a lot foreign trade frictions from the developing countries, which has been taking the place of the developed countries. So, this thesis describes the following. First, this thesis introduces the whole situation of trade frictions the global trade and our China have suffered in recent years. At the same time, which brings out the present condition of trade frictions between China and the developing countries. Second, with a great deal of data and detailed cases, the author of the paper dose the analysis on the character and trend of the trade frictions between China and the developing countries. And the author expands the negative impacts on China because of the trade frictions between China and the developing countries. Third, the author explores the internal and external causes of trade frictions between China and the developing countries .The last, combined with the above analysis, the thesis brings out some practical Countermeasures to the trade frictions between China and the developing countries, from the aspects of Chinese government, associations and enterprises.For years, the developing countries maintain good political and trade ties with China, which are our important trade partners with huge market potential, such as India, Brazil, Turkey, Argentina, South Africa and so on Moreover, the global trade frictions and frictions between China and the developing countries are increasing rapidly. From here, the research on the trade frictions between China and the developing countries is of profound theoretical and practical significance to improve the trade relation between China and the developing countries.
