With its sustained and rapid economic growth, our China is suffering more and more international trade frictions. Since we joined into WTO, the number of trade frictions with China has increased, not only with the developed countries, such as United States and EU, who carry out anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures continuously, but also with India, Argentina, Turkey, Mexico and the other developing countries. At present, the number of trade frictions with the developing countries far exceeds the number of trade frictions with the developed countries. China and the other developing countries have maintained good political and economic relations and trade relations, but in recent years such a good state had been interferenced with trade frictions, and this also deserves our serious consideration and research. Therefore, making a theoretical analysis and concrete empirical analysis about trade friction between China and the other developing countries has important theoretical significance and practical significance. There are six chapters in this paper. Chapter I mainly tells us the background and significance of this study. Chapter II is literature review, it describes the main results of previous studies. Chapter III describes the general theory of trade friction between China and the developing countries, including the definition, forms, theoretical source and the causes of trade friction. Chapter IV analyzes the profile.. characteristics and negative effect on our country by trade frictions between China and the developing countries. In chapter V, we use the gravity model to analysis and predict the influence to our country and developing countries with trade frictions, we should have a correct understanding that the trade friction in the future must exist continually and may be intensify. Although the trade volume between China and the developing countries will be affected by trade frictions and other related factors, but there are still large development prospects in the future. These three chapters are the main parts of this article. The finally chapter is the appropriate policy recommendations based on the above analysis, that is how should we deal the trade friction with the developing countries.
