Considering the Earth's resources and environment, cyclic economy has become economic development mode which China's government is promoting. Resources recycling have also raised unprecedented attention, along with material of the cycle and close loop supply chain. Therefore, reverse logistics and close loop supply chain(CLSC) become new directions of development. This paper takes white goods industry as the background, discusses CLSC network model, network optimization method and forecast of reverse flow, in white goods, and provides a basis for the implementation of CLSC management.Specific details are as follows:In the first chapter, the relative theories about CLSC are discussed, and then the main contents and purposes of this paper are put up.In Chapter II, CLSC network classes are discussed, and the recovery processes in white goods are analyzed. And then, the general model of CLSC network according to white goods is proposed.In Chapter III, the difficulties in predicting the reverse flow of the white goods are discussed. Based on reviewing various forecasting methods, Markov method is applied to forecast the quantity of white goods flow in reverse logistics.In Chapter IV, a CLSC network optimization method based on Simulated Annealing(SA) in certain white goods enterprise is studied.In Chapter V, this network optimization model is demonstrated and analyzed by applying to practical case of white goods enterprises.In Chapter VI, the conclusions about the paper are put forward, and a series of vistas to the future direction of research are designed.
