Study On Reverse Channel Decision Of Closed-loop Supply Chain With Remanufacturing

The shortage of resources and environmental deterioration has been a threat to the survival and development of humans.The closed-loop supply chain has the advantages of saving resources and reducing environmental pollution,which have aroused the business community, research institutions and government departments'concern.In the closed-loop supply chain management,the reverse channel decision is a very important and complicated task,and it plays a decisive role in system performance.In this dissertation,the reverse channel decisions of closed-loop supply chain in five different markets were studied based on non-cooperative game, programming model and principal-agent theory.The main contents of this dissertation are as followed:Firstly,the reverse channel decision of closed-loop supply chain in the bilateral monopoly was studied.We mainly considered the reverse channel decision of retailer leading closed-loop supply chain in the certain codition,the reverse channel decision of manufacturer and retailer leading closed-loop supply chain in uncertainty remanufacturing cost codition,and the coordination mechanism under asymmetric information of manufacturer leading closed-loop supply chain.Secondly,the reverse channel decision of closed-loop supply chain in the monopolic manufacture and competing retailers market was considered.We mainly discussed the reverse channel decision of manufacture leading closed-loop supply chain and the precaution mechanism of manufacture.Studies find that manufacture gains more profit but faces greater risk in the indirect reverse channel of closed-loop supply chain,and the precaution mechanism helps manufacture against losses.Thirdly,we studied the revese channel decision of closed-loop supply chain with two competing manufactures and one common retailer that sells both manufactures' products.Results indicate that the evolution results are different when the leaders of closed-loop supply chain are different.Fourthly,the reverse channel decision of closed-loop supply chain with two competing manufactures and exclusive retailer that sells only one manufacturer's product exclusively was studied.Results indicate that the evolution results are different when the leaders of closed-loop supply chain are different,and the closed-loop supply chain with two competing manufactures and own retailer is more beneficial to manufacture,constomer and society than with two competing manufactures and one common retailer.Finaily,we analysed the reverse channel decision of closed-loop supply chain with competing manufactures and competing retailers.Studies find that the degree of competition between manufactures and retailers affect the evolution results of reverse channel structure together,and the retailer leading closed-loop supply chain has lower price and higher recovery rate,and is more beneficial to the society.
