Research On Workshop Management System Oriented ERP & MES In Optoelectronic Industry

Enterprise Information has been made much progress in China at present, especially ERP system has been widely used in manufacturing enterprises. In the process of the development, enterprise policy-makers realize gradually that as a result of the continuous business expansion, internal information system has not kept updated and the application level is irregular. Therefore, in order to solve the information island, data latency and other issue, enterprises need a synergic and unified information platform that effectively combines capital flow, information flow and logistics.MES is information management systems that orient workshop production between the business planning layer and industrial control layer. MES is a bridge that fills up the gap between the production planning and workshop control. This enterprise integration model that is composed of the planning layer, the implementation layer, the control layer provides a practical mode for the development of enterprise information.1. This paper introduced the purpose and significance of the study, expatiate the theory and application of the workshop management system at home and abroad. Based on this, it gives the integration necessity of the ERP/MES system.2. The workshop management system is study, which combined with ERP and MES system features and discussed ERP/MES integration model. The paper design in detail system structure and architecture of workshop management system oriented ERP/MES in optoelectronic industry on the basis of these theories and optoelectronic industry characteristics, and put forward the function modules for the system.3. Analyzed the distributed database system structure for the workshop management system oriented ERP/MES in optoelectronic industry, given database table structure of each functional module, and described several data access interface, and proposed real-time data updating by using synchronized replication technology.4. Using C + + Builder 5 and SQL Server 2000 develops the prototype of the workshop management system oriented ERP/MES in optoelectronic industry. The specific function of the subsystem which includes workshop basic data, production planning, workshop quality, production process has been introduced in detail.5. Summed up by the work and future research also presented.
