Jinghe River Area Development Model Of Modern Agriculture

Modern agriculture as an industry patterns, compare with traditional agriculture, it has higher land productivity rate, resource utilization and labor productivity, and a more complete material protection, the scientific and technological support was more powerful. More developed the industrial system is more developed .the operating model was better, and it need much more modern concept and management of a new farmer. Modern agriculture is a kind of family business ,which is based on the adoption of the market economy and the dual role of government regulation and controlling, that formed of agricultural, production, supply and integration as a wide range of industrial pattern and multifunctional industry. From the 1930s, a number of industrialized countries in Europe and America, conducted a comprehensive technological transformation of traditional agriculture from the mechanical technology, bio-technology and management techniques three aspects, and completed the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and basically realized agricultural modernization. Our country is in a period of from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the development of modern agriculture is the new melody. According to agricultural production science, agricultural economics and rural sociology theory, this paper focus on the example of Jinghe River area in Pingliang city of Gansu province, using standardized analysis and empirical analysis combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the method .on the basis research achievements at home and abroad and clearing the meaning of modern agricultural science, and the necessity of the development and rationality. After analyzing modern agriculture development status, problems and constraints in Jinghe River area, the Jinghe River District proposed the development of modern agriculture goals, mode selection and suggestions. This paper is divided into seven chapters:Chapter 1, Introduction. firstly, this part introduce some basic factors of this paper, including the thesis of this chapter ,the background, the purpose and significance of research methods and ideas, content, brief study of the dynamics of domestic department and the review, and the final innovation.Chapter II, the general modern theory of the development of agriculture. This is the core theory of this paper, which focus on the content of modern agriculture, major features and more types of systems analysis. Chapter III, Jinghe River District Agricultural development status and problems. The chapter describes the overview and natural resources and agricultural development in the Jinghe River area of the developing the modern agriculture, finding out the main problems and favorable conditions. It is useful for selecting a right model agricultural development model in Jinghe River with the foundation.Chapter IV, The modern agricultural development objectives and constraints in Jinghe River District. This chapter come up with the development of modern agriculture Jinghe River specific targets, and deeply analyze the factors restraining the development from three areas.Chapter V, Jinghe River District modern agricultural development model chosen. This chapter is the core of the thesis. With the clears of the pattern of modern agricultural development and the main principles of the proposed Jinghe River District in the development of modern agriculture mode selection, we should adhere to the direction of the development of green agriculture. in actual operation, the option is the agricultural science and technology park operation mode. On this basis, the author take the empirical analysis from a development orientation, development strategies, development principle and the development of exhibition layout, and other aspects of the development of modern agriculture Jinghe river.Chapter VI, the basic countermeasures of Jinghe River District promoting the development of modern agriculture. As a countermeasure research, this chapter discussed it from the following six aspects: that is, strengthening infrastructure construction, continue to integrate various elements of the establishment of a stable mechanism for increasing investment, improving technological and institutional innovations, increase and support enterprises in their development, demonstration play park leading role.Chapter VII, summing up. The author presented the main conclusions and subjected to further study the issue. In this paper, the possibility of innovation is mainly manifested in two aspects: First, by analyzing the status and agricultural development issues in Jinghe River area , and put forth Jinghe River District modern agricultural development objectives, development strategy, and mode of development; Second, through the Jinghe River District agricultural development model of the modern empirical analysis, promoting the basic countermeasures to modern agricultural in Jinghe River area.
