Research On The Avoiding Strategy Of Supply Chain Choice Risk And Breach Of Faith Risk In Si Chuan Mobile Enterprise

'Competition between enterprises is competition of supply-chains in the last analyses'. This is that whose supply chain is better in other close condition, whose enterprise can dig more value, and obtain final success in marketable severity competition.Due to the complexity of the supply chain, there exists great risk. Any problem that occurred in any link would influence the entire supply chain, many companies particularly such as information technology and production facilities is aware of managing supply chain risk. On such basis, this thesis regards choice risk and breach of faith risk as a question for discussion analyzing and researching.This thesis can be divided into five parts: Firstly part one introduces the background of the a question for discussion, the part discusses the necessity and the importance to risk management in supply chain. Part two introduces some conceptions such as supply chain management and the fundamental of the system of risk management in supply chain. Then part three introduces background of Si Chuan mobile company and it faces main risks in supply management. Part four put forward management content, aim and means in choice of providers, it fractionizes materiel's sort and extends to fractionize sort of choice of providers. An according to different materiel's sort, the part divides provider's sort into General providers, lever providers, battle-neck providers and strategically providers. At the same time by analyzing respectively these providers risk management, the part acquires administrant stratagem of these providers, On such basis, it sets up provider's management evaluating system for different materiel. Part five analysis reason and main behave of provider's breach of faith, analyzing breach of faith by information no symmetry and transportation no ensuring, the part finds effect that information sharing keeps away risk of breach of faith, and approach by putting in practice information sharing. At last, the part brings forward attention question for realizing information sharing.
