Research On The Choice Of Construction Supply Chain Partnership

Since the nineteen eighties medium, facing the increasingly intense market competition, enterprises need to constantly adjust their management mode and expand the management vision from internal to external, so the integrated supply chain management which includes the links of perchase, production, circulation and marketing is applied to the manufacturing industry. Supply chain management makes the enterprise greatly improve performance, reduce the production time, improve product quality, reduce inventory, as well as reducing the production cost of enterprises. The research of supply chain management of the existing manufacturing shows that these advancing management ideas and concepts are very beneficial for the construction industry. At the end of nineteen ninties the concept of supply chain management was introduced into construction industry, which can improve work efficiency, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises through establishing partnership. To establish a stable and cooperative partnership plays a key role to obtain the sustainable and efficient operation. Therefore, supply chain partnership selection is an important content of the supply chain management. The establishment of appropriate criterion for evaluation and the appropriate selection method is particularly important.This academic paper firstly analyzes the basic theories of construction supply chain management. Through the summary and analysis of previous research, this paper gives the definition of construction supply chain and elaborates the feasibility and necessity of construction supply chain management application. Then it emphatically analyzes the definition and the applicability of partnering, at the same time, it elaborates the the factors and the methods of construction supply chain partnering establishment. In addition, it establishes a index system to select construction partners based on supply chain management, as well as analyzing the existing main methods of selection. In this foundation it uses a model to choose the best parters by applying semi-structural fuzzy decision-making. This method reduces the supplier selection subjectivity and makes the results more accurate. Finally, through a real diagnosis rearch this article proves that this algorithm is feasible and simple,which has certain practical significance.The results of this study can provide the construction supply chain management with the theoretical guidance and promote reform of domestic construction enterprises'management and operation mode, which has a positive promoting significance to improve domestic construction enterprises' comprehensive strength and international competitiveness.
