Research Of The Meidiya Square Project Management

The competition among the land agents in China has been a competition of strength, strategy, and management after ten-year rapid development. Attention has been paid to management theory, method and techniques, especially for the project management. It is very important for land agents to manage effectively estate project with the project management theory and method.In this dissertation, the pre-planning, designing and construction of the Meidiya Square project were studied by using the example analysis method. A set of project management methods and models for land agents are suggested, using the linking of theory and practice.The dissertation consists of four parts. The first part introduces the research background, meaning, methods and the related theory foundation, and the general information of the Meidiya Square is given out; the second part tells the strategy of pre-planning and market object; and the design and management of planning stage of the project are introduced in the third part; the fourth part presents the management of construction stage of the project.In short, results show that scientific managements during every stage are the key to a successful estate project and scientific methods are needed in different stage. This research is useful to the estate developing and management, also helpful for people who engage in management.
