Nowadays the market competition is so fierce that ore products in Yunliu Group Corporation also face not only a lot of chances but also threats Making a strategy that can both grasp the chances with using its advantages and avoid the threats by overcoming its own disadvantages ,is the key to manage the corporation successful .In order to find out the best competitive strategy, based on a comprehensive analysis of the related Strategy Management Theory, this thesis conducts a systematic study of ore products ,using combination of macroscopic and microcosmic methods, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, step by step .The thesis ,firstly ,in the PEST analytic way and models of Porter's five competitive forces, analyses its macroscopic surroundings and its competitive conditions, and then proposes that ore products in Yunliu Group Corporation front not only the chances of rapid economic development, of our country's great emphasis on agriculture ,of improvement in comprehensive treatment competence due to increasing advances in technology and so on, but the threats of severe impact on pyrites industry chain after entry into the WTO, of restriction and balance of imported sulfur of bargaining capability of users , of lack of product differentiation and of low sincerity of the great clients ;secondly, after analysis, puts forward that the key factors of success are progressiveness and reliability of the equipment, scope economy ,high cost control ability, high product research and development and quality management ability through expert investigation; thirdly, analyses the inner surroundings of products and proposes that ore products have the great advantages of high scope economy level and professional quality of staff , of strong support of the government policies, of high capacity of loading and freight and ability of quality management ,at the same time, that have the disadvantages of low cost-performance of the raw materials, of bad information construction of the enterprise, of bad market exploitation, of low progressiveness and reliability of the equipment, of poor construction of enterprise Culture, with the value-chain theory, core competence theory and the key and the chief factors of success .The thesis tries to find the competitive strategy of ore products by constructing the SWTO analytic model , then decides that the competitive strategy is centralization differentiation strategy and studies its implementation evaluation control; lastly, based on the implementation of this strategy, the thesis suggests that Yunliu Group Corporation should improve its core competence by strengthening enterprise informative construction and enterprise Cultural construction, increasing the equipment investment and equipment level, and enhancing cost control ability.
