As a result, there are many series problems are precisely this article needing investigation and discussion and solve.Watch as a part of people's daily necessities, more and more people's love and use it. China's enormous market potential and great future prospects for the development has attracted many famous brand manufacturers to divide up the market.A company has been successful once, because companies do not have advantages in prodructs,price,place, promotion, A company does not have advantages In the fierce competition.It can be seen as below: how to develop the market,research,the industry environment,the competitors' strategies and advantages,maintain and expands the market share,how to solve the cost rise but the selling price to reduce.This article first introduced the current situation of A company, and valuated the company's achievements in both domestic market and ideas of management. It also pointed out the main problem and challenge, which the company faced.
