Old aging Industry also known as the "gray hair industry",which has made rapid development in the western country.In 1999, our country has entered the old aging society, according to the current pace of development, in 2050, China's aging population will reach about 420 million.With our aging population continues to increase and the rapid development of economy and the growing of the purchasing power of the aging population groups , elderly market demands offers enormous business opportunities. But China's aging industrial development has lagged far behind the pace of population old aging on the speed.In 2005 The government of Conghua city established the first old aging industrial base of china ,which also is the unique one now. This paper starts from the current status of China's ole aging,giving the old aging industry a clear concept, and describes the profiles of China's ole aging industries and Conghua City 's old aging industry, then analyses within and external environment of Conghua City 's old aging industrial development, and use SWOT to analyse the internal distinctions potential and disadvantages ;and external opportunities and threats of Conghua City's old aging industrial development.On the basis of above analysis ,fractionizing the consumer market of the national old aging industury, and according to Conghua City it's own advantage and disadvantage, choosing the target market,and determining the corresponding industry content that Conghua city should develop.And according to the industry,suggesting the relative politics.This paper not only has a strong guiding significance to Conghua City's old aging industry development ,but also has some reference value to the development of other areas of old aging industries.
