Study On The Rural Human Resources Development Of Conghua City

The present situation, problems and causes of rural human resources development in Conghua city were studies and rural human resources development countermeasures for Conghua were presented in this paper. The results are as follows.(1) The present situation of rural human resources development in Conghua analyzed from the following several aspects in this paper. First, is achievement of rural human resources development in Conghua; Second, the population situation; Third, the rural human resources composition. The problems of rural human resources development in Conghua included the following several aspects. First, the farmer thought and culture quality was not high; Second, training time was short, training strength was little and the training quality should be improved; Third, the lack of public service in labor market influenced rural labor to flow; Fourth, the rural human resources management system and mechanism were faultiness.(2) The reason of existing problem of rural human resources development in Conghua included the following several aspects. First, the farmer’s idea was behind; Second, the foundation education was not perfect; Third, the financial investment was seriously insufficient; Fourth, the rural labor force effective transfer of the policy don’t form a complete set and don’t capable guide.(3) Suggestions on accelerating the rural human resource development in Conghua included the following several aspects. First, change old idea and understand the importance of rural human resources development in Conghua; Second, consolidated based status of all kinds of rural education in Conghua; Third, established farmers science and technology training long-term mechanism; Fourth, established a perfection rural labor transfer employment mechanism.
