Since the 1990s, with the global economical advancement speeding up and the appearance and widespread-application of information technology especially the network technology, MRP and MRP II technology which faced to the enterprise interior-resources and took production management primarily have gradually evolved as the ERP technology which faces to the social resources and carries on the comprehensive management to the enterprise. It could not only provide the comprehensive solution for the enterprises, but also be an important method for the enterprise to realize a supplying-chain management. In the western developed countries, many enterprises have implemented the ERP technology and obtained a good effect.After China entered the WTO, the scope of market competition is unceasingly expanding and the degree is gradually deepening,at the same time, the international competition environment goes more and more complicate. How to improve their core competitiveness,the urgent need to become enterprise. ERP abroad to see the success of operation,many enterprise to introduce and implement ERP technology. However, because of the difference in the organizational structure, the worker-quality, the leader-consciousness as well as the fund investment between the domestic enterprises and the oversea enterprises, it causes ERP technology couldn't obtain a better result in the domestic application.Based on the above situation, this thesis describied ERP core management thinking ,the theory module and the establishment/operation conditions,the status(the organizational structure, the worker-quality and the quotation) quo with K company ,the introduction and implementation of ERP/R3 technology feasibility study.Running R3,the company's management capabilities leap. But in reducing inventory, production planning control affect existing problem with efficiency could not satisfactorily resolved. Therefore, the combination of multiple-After scheduling theory and R3 running the appliction environment ,R3 running after-engineering analysis, developed 72H shipping law. Propose and implement customer orders,and the procurement cycle ,inventory/warehousing, production contrli/scheduling, and so the improvement of all aspects of countermeasures. The purpose of increasing efficiency , K Corporation in the management and efficiency of the two made huge gains.
