Urbanization is necessary for modernization and directly reflects the economic growth of this area. Many problems will be solved through the urbanization as well. Driving the economic growth of Zhengjiang by urbanization as a significant strategy has been proposed since the Third Plenary Session of the Fifteenth Central Committee of the Party. It also requests to speed up the urbanization in the whole province.After the reform and opening, the growth of urbanization in Zhejiang is extremely fast and reached to 55% in 2005 already, far and far higher than average level of our country. But a lot of problems are also exist, such as why the development of urbanization is so different in different regions in Zhejiang province etc. So we mast to find our the locomotive mechanism to resolve these problems .According to data of statistics, more than 60% of the new town is arisen because of the development of the professional market, but now the development of the professional market face some new problems, it will be affect to the urbanization of the Zhejiang province .Thereforediscover the original locomotive-the professional market, will beimportant to resolve the problem of the urbanization in Zhengjiang province.This paper introduces the professional market and some relevant theories of urbanization at first, then on the basis of analysis professional market and the current situation of urbanization, via the analysis of PCA, it tells that the main impetus of urbanization is the professional market. It also illustrates the microcosmic system of urbanization under the professional market via the demonstration of mathematic models, then analyses the two main models of the urbanization. Chapter 4 analyses the impetus of urbanization—the difficulties in the development of the professional market, as well as analyses the prospective of the professional market, which reveals the professional market can still provide sustainable momentums. We elaborate the case of urbanization of Yiwu city in Chapter 5 and give some strategies and advice to Zhejiang urbanization under the professional market in Chapter 6.The research gets four conclusions: First, the professional market is the most important factor in all factors which promoting the development of Zhejiang urbanization, because professional market and city have the same function that can concentrate the economy. The second, the mechanism of the urbanization pushed by the professional market include two aspects : one is the professional market draws on a great deal of population to gather together through the income effect, another is the professional market use the cost effect to draw on a great quantities of the industrial enterprise to come together. Third ,the power of the professional market's concentrate function include two stages :in the beginning, concentrate function will be performance on the reducing the sale cost by all-sell mode, then it will be more performance on its strong exterior economic effect. The fourth, under the present economy development condition in China, professional market can provide sustainable momentums to urbanization in Zhejiang province because of its own characteristics and strengthen itself construction. The research's process and conclusion will be useful not only to the urbanization and the new village construction of Zhejiang province, but also to other developing regions in china. Because the professional market and town turn to at a process of continuous developing, will appear new condition at any time, so the paper should be researched further.
