High technology development level is an important sign for judging the comprehensive national strength of a country. It is related to a country position directly in world pattern. In recent years, High-tech industry is developing so fast that it has already become the most important factor to drive development of manufacturing industry. At the same time, there is a gap between our country and the developed countries in terms of the core-competitiveness of High-tech industry. As we know, the core-competitiveness of High-tech enterprises comes from a key technology, and the key technology is developed by professionals in the enterprises. So, High-quality professionals are the most important factor in High-tech enterprises. The talents in science and technology especially high-quality talents become a rare kind of resource. In fact, brain drain is the biggest bottle-neck that restraints the development of High-tech enterprises in China. First of all, according the phase of Chinese economy development, and the people living level, improving the standard of living by increasing pay level is the most effective way to attract the High-quality talents in science and technology and insure stability of professional teams at present. By evaluating pay satisfaction of the High-tech enterprises employees, we will know the needs of employees, and we can perfect the pay system of enterprises according to the problems we find and improve pay satisfaction. Only by improving pay satisfaction, the talents in science and technology team will be stable so that core-competitiveness of High-tech enterprises can be enhanced and the High-tech enterprises in China will develop faster. Based on the pay satisfaction theory and related theoretical knowledge, this dissertation researches and forms the basic framework of thinking in analyzing, evaluating and promoting pay satisfaction in High-tech enterprises. The dissertation consists of seven chapters. The first chapter mainly testifies the background and significance of this dissertation, therefore briefly outlines main content frame and research technique of this dissertation, and points out its innovation and difficulty. The second chapter reviews the pay satisfaction theory, the factors and the evaluating methods. The third chapter analyses Chinese High-tech enterprises, including its characteristic, the human resource characteristic, and the pay characteristic. Based on the analysis of the former two chapters, the fourth chapter then sets up a valuation index system to valuate pay satisfaction in High-tech enterprises. The fifth chapter, uses SPSS 12. 0 for Windows to make an exploring factor analysis on the data obtained through pay satisfaction questionnaire of 15 High-tech enterprises in Zhejiang province and sets up a reasonable evaluation index system for High-tech enterprises. On the basis of research, it uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyses pay satisfaction index, and gets the pay satisfaction, then analyses it. Using the research results in fifth chapter, the chapter sixth puts forward the strategy and suggestions which include broad banding,flexible benefits system and variable pay plan. The seventh chapter makes a summary of the whole dissertation, and pointes out a prospect of the research in the future.
