Because of the development of China's economy, trade developed rapidly which brings opportunities and challenges to the Port Container Transport Enterprises in Dalian. The development of the industry, the industry's fierce competition, and business characteristics all determine that it is necessary for the container transport business in Dalian to develop CRM. Through analysis, we found that the CRM system we get from the production and service providers directly is not suitable for the Container Transport business in Dalian. Based on the basis of the theory of CRM, we construct Dalian port container transport enterprise CRM system preliminarily. Focusing on the CRM system, we analyze the design, implementation and evaluation. We Hope that this article can make some contribution to the promoting the application of CRM in Dalian Port Container Transport Enterprise.
