For a long time, Laiwu Steel Group's gas has been in a surplus state, emission rate is high. The majority of converter gas has not recovered and utilized. Even the 17564KJ/m~3 calorific value of COG also releases about 8%. Meanwhile, to ensure requirement of Laigang winter heating, large combustion of coal every year is needed. Both the purchase of coal and gas emission caused to the Laiwu Steel Group billion loss. In addition, Laigang is in hilly areas, weak environmental resources. Therefore, comprehensive utilization of the gas system, we reduce pollution, reduce business costs, save resources, is achieving three.This paper introduces the development of the steel industry at home and abroad and the situation of energy consumption, compared to the domestic and international energy situation of iron and steel enterprises gas supply and the proportion of occupied resources. On steel enterprises coke oven gas, blast furnace gas and converter gas characteristics, system on the three-product steel gas recovery and utilization of gas utilization of resources.The paper focuses on the research of the supply and demand situation of Laiwu Steel Group gas resources in recent years, and analyses the domestic iron and steel enterprises and related indicators. The volume of gas generated was calculated both theoretically and practically, the current gas resources problems of Laigang Group were analyzed; the gas resources comprehensive utilization problems were found, and the solutions and precautions proposed. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of integrated utilization of Laigang gas resources was analyzed. Through elimination of the irrational use of gases, the proposed solutions and precautions will enable the most optimal use of Laigang gas resources, under the circumstance that Laigang overall gas resources are in a surplus. |
