The Strategy Construction Of Developing Modern Service Industry In Dongying City

After the high development stage of the agriculture, the industry and the industry structure, services, especially the modern services, becomes the main subject of the social economy in the developed countries. Through the current developing trend of the international economy, the added value of the third industry in the western countries has already accounted for 70% of its GDP or so. And the services has become to be the largest industry all over the world and been considered to be the continuously momentum to push the world's economy forward.Dongying, a unique city in China even in the world, has the special geography conditions, the special regional resources and the special social economic environment formed in the development. However, its industrial level, especially the level of the services' development, is much worse than the level of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Undoubtedly, in such special regional systems, developing the modern services is a unique strategic method to promote the industrial structure in Dongying.In this paper, the development of the modern services in Dongying was designed just according to the general developing law of economics. First of all, it used the development theories of the services from domestic and international for reference and adopted the comprehensive analysis methods. Then from analyzing the natural, social and economic conditions of Dongying's modern services, it demonstrated detailedly the developing basis in reality of the modern services and further analyzed the status quo and the reasons caused failing. Finally, through the general development programming, it proposed the developing strategic route and the realistic choice for Dongying's modern services. The research is the first one that demonstrated the overall macro-strategic design for Dongying's modern services. And it also possesses the highly theoretical value to guide the development both of Dongying's modern services and of the whole nation's economy.In the preface of this paper, it was separated to two parts to summarize basic theories of the economic development of Dongying's modern services. Through the summary and analysis, it also advanced the restricted developing factors of Dongying's modern services. On the basis of the development reality and the dynamic economic circumstance, it concluded to propose the general developing laws of the modern services, relevant to afford a innovative thinking basis for further study.In Chapter III, in order to use the analysis above much better, the paper described the strategical choice of Dongying's modern services in detail and established an internal development system. As a matter of fact, it has already made a macro-strategic disposition for the modern services in Dongying.
