Study On Development Of Modern Logistics In Dongying City

With globalization of the world economy,development of the modern information network technology and rapid development of world transportation,logistics especially the urban logistics has rapidly developed into one of the most potential industry of the tertiary industry in developing countries. Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out urban logistics planning.In the paper, firstly, based on comparing the logistic development situation at home and aboard,puts forward the technical route. Then by analyzing logistic situation and problems of Dongying city, logistic demand is forecasted. And the strategic objectives, the general ideas and suggestions are proposed for modern logistics development in Dongying city. Around the general idea "two centers, five guarantees ", specific researches are studied on logistics infrastructure planning and the information platform planning. In the urban logistics demand forecasts, based on analyzing the functional characteristics of logistics nodes,logistic park and freight hubs, the qualitative and quantitative methods are put forward to forecast logistics demand which ensuring the accuracy and trustworthiness of the prediction data. In infrastructure planning,planning methods of logistics nodes and park location model are established. In planning of logistics information platform, functions,structure system and design principle are elaborated, and achieves design and basic form of logistics information platform. Finally, the evaluation of its effect is carried out.
