The Research On Risk Management Of Construction Supply Chain

This paper firstly presents the background of the research and analyses the necessity of it. Then it introduces the basic theory of construction supply chain management and risk of construction supply chain. The differences and relations between common supply chain and construction supply chain are analysed and the definition of risk of construction supply chain is given. The characteristics of construction supply chain is analysed and 70 risk elements of 6 kinds are recognized. The management system of construction supply chain risk is established and the necessity and principle of this system are analysed. The paper put emphasis on the application of BP artificial neural net work modle to evaluate the construction supply chain risk. The risk detecting and control system of construction supply chian is established. The thesis expatiates the risk preventing measures and procedure to carry it out.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
