On The Exploiting Of Rural Human Resources And The Building Of Rural Basic Organization

That building a new socialist countryside, rural human resource exploitation is the key, rural grassroots organizations construction is the guarantee. Party member cadres are the important part of rural human resource. Their human capital status not only decides the effect of rural grassroots organizations construction, and also has a significant impact to the development of rural human resources. This paper combines the rural human resources development with the grassroots organizations construction to focused on the effect that the development of rural human resources, particularly human capital status of rural party member cadres to the rural grassroots organizations construction. And I will try to put forward the suggestions which "human capital investment strengthens rural grassroots organizations and promotes rural human resources development, in order to realize the development of human resources in rural areas and the building of rural grassroots organizations benign interaction and work together to promote the building of a new socialist countryside".
