Peasant's increasing income is an important issue about the national economy and people's livelihood. It's not only an important economic event, but also an important political issue. From 2004 to 2007, paid great attention on farmers' income by establishing four "No.1 files". Since China's reform and opening up, we established a rural economic system, which tacks cooperative finance as principle body, the coordination of commercial and political finance as its affiliant parts, primarily changed the simple situation of confusing function and profit conflict. However, the present issue of rural economic problems are still inhibiting the increase of peasants' income. China is an authentic agriculture country, nearly 900 million of 1.3 billion population is living in countryside. Working on rural financial work and realizing the increase of farmer's income are important issues we have to confront, and an unshirkable duty of country side financial structure as well.Start with the financial development and farmers' increasing income this article analyzed, the present situation of farmer's income and countryside's financial development, and also the expression of lacking support to farmer's income. The essay also analyzed the slow development of countryside economy and farmers' lacking income, explained the influence of rural finance to peasants' increasing income, made relatively decision for promoting countryside's financial development. Enhancing farmers' income not only reflects people's desire, but also shows our great attention on agriculture. Only by promoting farmer's living standard and making people have better life, we will have a prosperous and bright future.
