Study On The Relationship Between The Fiscal Expenditure For Supporting Agriculture And Farmers' Income Growth In Heyuan City

Under the impetus of reform and opening up,China's social economy is moving forward,and farmers' problems are highly valued by various fields,especially the "three rural issues",which is the most important task in China's work.The key to the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers lies in how to make farmers get a steady increase in income.As is known to all,the most fundamental part of the national economy is agriculture.Of course,the main income of farmers is obtained through agricultural labor.But in recent years,the income gap between rural residents and urban residents in China has further widened.Therefore,how to realize steady increase of income is the focus of attention and solution.Whether in theory or in practice,it can be understood that agricultural fiscal policy or financial support for agriculture has a very good effect on solving the problem of increasing farmers' income.In view of this,I am on the basis of Heyuan fiscal expenditure policy research,in-depth research and Analysis on the farmers' income to solve the problem of the effect,but also explore the effect more excellent way of agriculture in Heyuan City,the problem of increasing farmers' income,to provide certain theoretical support and policy recommendations.Based on the 1988-2016,heyuan the history of rural residents' income growth trajectory and heyuan city,finance support agriculture capital expenditures,such as data as the basis,by means of statistical analysis method,through qualitative and quantitative research,analyses the scale,structure,financial support agriculture efficiency and money management.Firstly,the scale of the financial support agriculture in heyuan city is analyzed,and the changes of the various structures of the river source finance support are expounded respectively.Thirdly,EVIEWS data processing software is used to analyze the relationship between the expenditure of river source and the increase of farmers' income.The fourth objective expatiates the main problems and reasons for the existence of heyuan financial support.Through this series of studies,it shows that the financial support in heyuan city is not enoughand the structure is not reasonable,which leads directly to the low benefit of financial support.Finally,according to the analysis results,combining with the actual situation of financial support in heyuan city,this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions and hopes to provide some reference for governments at all levels to formulate fiscal support policies.
