Studies On The Social Responsibility Of The Corporate Of Agricultural Production Data

For one century, very considerable attention has been paid to the research of Corporate Social Responsibility in the western countries, especially since the eighties, CSR has became much more popular owing to social concerns, which have led to an attractive increase in CSR research throughout the world. On the other hand, Corporate Social Responsibility also plays crucial part for all Chinese enterprises in positioning in the highest flight within competitive economy environments. Though it is a little later for the beginning of CSR research in China, it has reached a pinnacle in 2006. All kinds of CSR researches appear like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. However, it concentrates on general conception, category, contention, and so on. There are few researches on CSR research for a certain industry, especially for agricultural corporations. Agricultural corporations can not to be ignored in our society. So, there is great reality meaning to strengthen CSR research of agricultural corporations under socialism market economy, which will not only improve agricultural productivity, but also enhance the development of agricultural corporations.Based on CSR of the data of agricultural production corporations and other research fruits, and from the angle of "person of benefit correlated" theory, the paper demonstrates that CSR of agricultural corporations have its common character and particularity, the actuality of CSR of agricultural corporations, the reasons that CSR is short of in agricultural corporations, and bring forward some policy advices for agricultural corporations carrying out CSR.The paper comprises five parts. The first part puts forward research background for the research theme. The second part analyzes the common character and particularity of CSR of agricultural corporations based on "person of benefit correlated" theory. We analyze the actuality of CSR of agricultural corporations in the forth part. After putting out some examples of bad agricultural corporations that are short of society responsibility, we analyze the reasons that there are short of CRS in some agricultural company. For example some excellent agricultural corporations those bear large society responsibility. We bring forward some policy advices for agricultural corporations carrying out CSR in the fifth part. Apart from the demonstrating function of bibcock companies in agricultural industry, there are responsibility to stir and promote agricultural corporations to carry out CSR for all persons and organizations of benefit correlated, such as government department, news medium, finance institution, social party, consumer, worker, provider, competitor and dealer.
