Research On Conformity Of SCM Information Flow Based On Web Services

Nowadays, the competition between supply chains has replaced the competition between individual enterprises and become the most important competition mode, so Supply Chain Management has become a hot subject in commercial and academic field. Nevertheless the effective management of information flow is the critical basis. Information flow is most active and sensitive, and directly impacts and guides logistics and capital flow, and is also the main basis to decision. However, Supply Chain bestrides suppliers, manufacturers, distribution market, final customers and so on, various data information distributes in each enterprise, and previous information technology had various defects and constraint conditions. At present, it is also very difficult of information system of supply chain management to share information in the whole supply chain. The paper aims to explore more effective solution of information flow management of supply chain based on Web Services.In this paper, firstly various Distributed Computing Technologies are analyzed and compared, and the conclusion is obtained, which Web Services gains the advantage over other technologies, and Web Services is determined to be applied to the integration of supply chain information flow as the basic technology. Then, the basic principle and architecture are further analyzed about Web Services to establish technology basis to form the solution of the integration of supply chain information flow. Subsequently, the framework solution based on the characteristics of supply chain information flow and properties of Web Services is proposed, and through theoretical analysis it is proved that the solution has feasibility and flexibility and cost is low. Finally, the feasibility and other advantages are verified through a case.The solution proposed in this paper basically forms the implementation framework of the integration of supply chain information flow based on Web Services with Services Publishing Container of Services Provider instead of Services Register Center and Functions Mapping Table added in Services Requester to enhance automation degree of calling services. However, many problems need to research and improve further, such as safety, long transaction procession, service quality and so on.
