In twenty-first Century, the development of economic globalization has brought about a huge market, but also makes the competition between supply chain enterprises become more intense and complex. The continuous innovation of information technology and the rapid expansion of electronic commerce make the cooperation between the supply chain enterprises break the geographical constraints of the physical market and generate the information based virtual market space. In this virtual market space, the production and business activities between enterprises and enterprises are not dependent on the physical value chain and more dependent on the information interaction. And with the further development of the logistics, supply chain network is expanding, and cooperative relations between enterprises becomes more and more complex, information in network communication inevitably appear distortion, delay, resulting in information flow risk. But in recent years the situation, because of frequent information transmission problems bring a heavy blow, which also resulted in damage control of enterprise managers gradually realize that the information brought by the risk gradually pay attention to information risk. But at present domestic and foreign environment is more and more complex, the structure of the supply chain structure is more and more complex, traditional way of thinking can’t help us to solve the existing problems, urgent need for enterprise supply chain management on the basis of the theory of new thinking and method to study the practical problems.In this paper, we study the supply chain management under the complex situation by using the system complexity thinking, and the supply chain is abstracted as the complex network which takes the enterprise as the node and the relationship between the enterprise and the enterprise as the edge. First of all, through the summary of reading literature on the domestic and international relevant research, then on this basis for the complex system theory, supply chain information flow theory, prospect theory are summarized.Secondly, the risk of information flow in supply chain node enterprises is analyzed and evaluated based on the system complexity thinking. Here from two aspects to analysis and evaluation:on the one hand, from the point of view of internal enterprise. Through questionnaire survey, the data integration of data analysis to determine the node enterprise internal information flow risk factors, and on this basis, to build a scientific evaluation index system. Then based on prospect theory, the establishment of internal information flow risk assessment model. On the other hand, from the point of view of the relationship between the node enterprises. Through the same method to determine the risk factors of the information flow between the node enterprises and to build a scientific evaluation index system. Based on the cumulative prospect theory, the risk assessment model of information flow between nodes is established. Next, take the supply chain enterprise G as an example, verify the effectiveness of the information flow risk assessment model of supply chain enterprise.Finally, summarize the shortcomings and deficiencies of this thesis, the information flow of enterprise on the supply chain risk research and on the basis of the direction for the future.
