The Study Of Supply Chain Collaboration Platform System Under E-Commerce Environment

With the modern information technology development and under the economical globalization environment, supply chain management receives more and more enterprise's regards. Under the new situation, enterprise's competition already transformed from the single enterprise's competition to supply chain's competition. The product life cycle reduces and the customer demand is diversified, the enterprise have realized that the supply chain management achieves the goal of the customer degree of satisfaction, the key is to realize supply chain coordination, only parties coordinates operations can improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain.Based on the understanding of the nature of e-commerce and the overall understanding of supply chain collaboration management, the thesis analyzes the impact of electronic commerce on supply chain collaboration, the meaning and scope of supply chain collaboration. By analyzing the contributory and hindrance that influences the supply chain collaboration, the thesis presents the supply chain collaboration strategies under the e-commerce environment. Simultaneously this article has analyzed the relationships between supply chain coordination and the information sharing, pointed out information sharing is the key of the supply chain collaboration. Through the analysis of information sharing and information integration in supply chain collaboration, proposed the idea of building up supply chain collaboration platform to integrate data object. Finally this article through using Web Service, XML, the intelligent agent, the work flow technology and so on proposes the supply chain coordination management frame based on web, Agent and the work flow technical integration. From the information coordination angle, discussed the supply chain collaboration mechanism based on e-commerce collaboration platform and the information flow model in supply chain collaboration process and information security of the platform. This article hopes to provide the reference for constructing the coordination supply chain for the enterprise under the electronic commerce environment in future.
