Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Technology Introduction Project

The technology introduction is the important means that improves engineering level of our country and reduces the gap with developed country, therefore whether it is economy, rational or not has important significance to this field research.Through the analysis on current situation of our country technology introduction, the paper proposes problems existed in our country technology introduction, and finds out four aspects influencing factor including technical economy, society and environment, and builds the index system of introduction project comprehensive evaluation, including technology evaluation index, economic evaluation index, society valuation index and environmental quality assessment; Then builds gray association degree ideal solution based on order preference for comprehensive evaluation of the technology introduction project model, among them, quantizing the qualitative index with G1 method and ascertaining the weight of comprehensive evaluation index with entropy; finally takes three sets of technology introduction scheme in some company as example, to verify the correctness and extension of the model.
