Including the Evaluation index system and model of overall competitiveness, the degree measure of industrial agglomeration, Ability of independent innovation and Industry Performance Analysis.In the model Uses the Methods of Analysis included Dynamic comprehensive evaluation, Entropy, Gray correlation analysis method, DEA and Factor analysis,Finally, to study the Industrial industry about China's provinces, Through the establishment of a system of indicators system, we can scientific evaluation of the status of the regional Comprehensive Strenght. The proposed evaluation system of regional industrial Comprehensive Strenght in the regional economic Comprehensive Strenght of each industry has an important reference value.
