This topic will combine the practice in small and middle scaled motor manufacturers to increase the enterprise work efficiency, reduce labors and make intelligent management, which is a purpose of its development. Secondly, it has introduced a specific design project, the business process and the function of each main module for realize ERP in the motor manufacturing enterprise. Thirdly, it has expatiated on the material standard, the design thought of engineering and partial technique module, and has completely joined together the actual workflow and the production needs in the enterprise. And then it has introduced the system management, the material standard, and the key points of the engineering design module put into practice, especially, it has combined the requirements of motor design and development, and explained the expansive function of ERP. Finally, the thesis has summarized the actual work result in the above research, and also pointed out some the aspects and problems in the current system still need to be perfected.
