On the basis of the rapid development of science and technology.With the progress of the times and accelerated pace of international financial integration.The domestic financial market has developed rapidly.In particular,the establishment of a number of private banks at the present stage.Further intensifying competition between banks.At this stage,the banking industry is facing a severe market competition situation.On the one hand,it is necessary to enhance the ability of the banking business and improve the service level.On the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the competition for the development of resources.Among all kinds of resources,customer resources are a key resource.It is now an object of mutual competition among banks.In particular,the competition for high quality customers is more intense.Then,how does the bank deal with the relationship between customers and customers,which can have an important impact on the sustainable development of the bank.At the present stage,no matter what type of bank is,it attaches great importance to the relationship between them and customers,especially the high quality customers.The competition between banks and banks has evolved into competition between customers,and banks have more high quality customer resources,and their market share is higher.So,banks need to attract large customers by improving their quality of service.This subject is oriented to the research of the bank industry,analyzes its customer relationship management,and provides a corresponding management system to enhance the bank's customer management ability.This topic takes the bank customer relationship management system as the theme,and collects a large number of Chinese and foreign scholars' relevant research materials.After careful learning and sorting,it clarifies the purpose of the system research.This paper summarizes the innovation and existing problems in this paper,and determines the structure of the paper.Then,the related concepts of CRM system are elaborated,and the technology used in the system is concretely described.Based on this,the CRM system is established.According to the relevant theoretical knowledge and the feasibility analysis of the present situation of the research,the demand of the system is clarified.Next,the system is designed in accordance with the requirements of the system,and the system model is refined to improve its function.According to the requirement of the system,the structure of each table of the information base is analyzed and designed,and the system is finally created.From the perspective of functional design,the four functional modules of product,customer information,sales and customer relationship management are considered as the focus of the design.In combination with the design of the system,the implementation of the system makes each function more detailed,and in all the models,the design and implementation of the system interface.Bank customer relationship management development and implementation through the test of practice shows that it can promote bank employees work effectively,the most critical is that with the help of the system can be scientifically and reasonably on the customer relationship management,on the one hand,to avoid the loss of old customers,on the other hand to attract more new customers.
