With the quick development of our country's auto industry, the finished auto logistics not only meet the ever-bright prospect, but also have to face more challenges in transportation's capacities, cost, qualities, and services. Because of severer technical requirements and hard practical operations, it still stays a beginning status in our country with so many problems such as repeating tough workings, loading jobs by hands and loading schemes based on workers'experience, followed by errors in scheme's result, waste of transportation's capacities, and quality-damages in the procedure of loading/unloading.As one of the most important and common transportation's tools in logistics, the car-carrier's loading scheme and the procedure of loading/unloading haven't been well studied still under related constraints.Based on the analysis of finished auto's loading/unloading process of AnJi-TNT Logistics, propose the maximum transportation capacity optimization of every Car-carrier loading with different goods-cars. Construct the scheme database of optimization for Car-carriers'loading in SQL-server 2000 database software. The optimization toward loading orders in customization is resolved with maximum transportation's capacity algorithm and matching scale method with Visual Basic background.The major contributions and innovative work are summarized below.(1) Realize the maximum transportation capacity optimization. Establish the main car and car-carrier model database with the same characteristics. Every model used in the algorithm can derivative from the main model. Give the methods for the car-carriers'maximum transportation's capacity optimization with the integer programming algorithm. Propose the method of controlling the accuracy and the velocity of the integer programming algorithm through the Parametric Categorization rule of the car.(2) Realize the optimization toward loading orders in customization. Manage the order case effectively through extracting the main characteristics and layer expression and storage technology. The case-based reasoning system mainly use object-oriented method, case expression is based on the exploitation a property of the case,use value vicinity to calculate the similarity coefficients, exert two learning way to modify the case, dividedly save the case parameter and the case model. Give the method to solve the order optimization problem.This research used integer programming algorithm and CBR in Car-carrier's loading optimization process. Try to resolve the problem of Car-carrier's loading optimization with the computer calculate. The results of this research can progress the work efficiency, increase the transportation capacity, improve the Competitiveness and save the cost for the logistics company. It may be applied in the ships transportation, the railway transportation and the related fields with high engineer application value.
