Research On Transportation Optimization Of China Storage Co.,Ltd. A Branch

At present,logistics enterprises in Henan Province have spread all over the cities,counties and even villages and towns.China Storage Intelligence has developed rapidly using the car-free carrier electronic information platform.Under the premise that the unified specifications of the pallet and the sharing system have not been formed,some manufacturers have implemented internal sharing.Under the premise of porter shortage,labor cost and mechanization,China Storage Group A Branch still uses porter loading and unloading operations.Through the investigation and analysis of the current status of the storage and storage of the A branch,the following problems were found.No pallets arrived,the porters were loaded and unloaded,and the process of sending and receiving inspections was simple and prone to errors.A reasonable operation and optimization measure for the above problems was proposed,and the pallet was delivered.The ECRS analysis method is used to optimize the processing procedures of the transceiver,and the tally and the forklift driver are combined to adjust the order of the tally to simplify the operation process of the storage software and cancel the loading and unloading of the porter.The multi-point loading and unloading theory is used to deliver the pallets to various manufacturers in batches,and the final path is obtained by the method of saving mileage to reduce the transportation cost of the pallets.The pallets are rationally designed to meet the purpose of simultaneously loading the rails.The accounting of the recycling cost is the basis for the delivery of the shipment.Through the optimization of the efficiency,cost and comparative analysis of the two aspects before and after optimization,the scientific and realistic nature of the optimized storage model is demonstrated.From the conclusions,the use of pallets has improved the unloading efficiency and mechanization of the A branch,and reduced the porter usage;optimized the transceiver inspection and operation process,reduced the error rate and increased the loading speed.Therefore,the A branch's operation and storage optimization measures provide a blueprint for the same type of enterprises in the China Storage Subsidiary and the society.
