During the last few years, as the renovation of product accelerates the speed, the price war has spread to manufacturer. Under such subsistence pressure, all kinds of manufacturers have no choice but to compete for the manufacture order by reducing the manufacture profit again and again. The level of operation cost will directly affect the company's performance in competition. The target of company management is to reduce the cost and increase the profit. The cost is decided by the methods of manufacture----completely remove the waste during the production process. There are quantities of raw materials in storage, components under assembling, products under transport. And so many manufacture and circulation links would confine the product capability. To implement the JIT product method will highly strengthen the company's competition power, so as to catch the advantage in the competitive market.The article applied One Piece Flow/Cell production and so on main JIT methods, and modern IE methods such as Method Research/Operation Instrument/Layout Research/Production Balance. And it proposed the production mode accommodated with both of small and large serial production and multiple types. The article also proposed the idea that changed the traditional unilateral material supply method by assembly line to the material supply method by the front. It analyzed the Value process, optimized the material supply process, reduced the un-value added process, reduced the holding materials in storage and removed the waste. It applied the Production Balance theory to material supply process, as so to judge the timely and balance by the level of balance rate. It also applied Gantt chart to dispatch the material supply, as so to accomplish the balance of the supply frequency and the production frequency, and to highly reduce the loss for line shot down and wastage for over storage which all caused by unbalance of material supply. It could satisfy the customer's various, multiple and personal requirements, and get much more profit for company.
