The Research Of Transformation Of OTTO International (Shanghai) Ltd. As Foreign Trade Purchasing Office

This thesis, based on the comparative study of China economic circumstance change and differentiation from 1998 to now, analyzed external and internal factors of OTTO International (Shanghai) LTD., as foreign trade purchasing Office, proposed OI Shanghai to take the initiative transformation from foreign trade purchasing office to domestic trade purchasing office, and demonstrated the necessity and the practicality of transformation, further discussed the meaning of foreign trade company transformation.
