Probing Into Behavior Enhancement Of Chinese Family Entrepreneur

Private enterprise has become more and more important in China. As entrepreneurs own and dominate the entire firm resources, their behavior styles have become the most critical for firm's continuous business. So this thesis chooses family entrepreneurs'behavior as studying object and tries to discover its internal law and find effective ways to enhance it.At first, this thesis analyses the special background that Chinese family firm entrepreneur grew up from. Behavior cognition frame is established based on understanding Demand-Behavior Theory. After positive study of family firm J, probing into process method to lift behavior level of family entrepreneur, further bring forward continuous enhancement model and give a pieces of guidance on principle about how to continuous improve family entrepreneur's behavior of China.This thesis draws conclusions as following: Multiple demands of family firm build the major content of family entrepreneur and restrict it in the meantime. By cognition and improvement of family entrepreneur behavior, satisfying firm system can be won. Behavior continuous enhancement model of family entrepreneur can expound the improvement process and internal power. Deep probing into family entrepreneur behavior will never reach within one day. It is a systematic and continuous process. It is my experience during I wrote this thesis and I hope my research will be useful for our family entrepreneurs.
