The Choice Of Financial Regulation Mode Under The Trend Of Integration In Financial Industry

With the development of economy globalization, finance liberalization and finance innovation, now integration of financial industry has been a dominated trend in the word, integrated operation helps the development of finance industry, as well as the revolutionary of financial regulation system, Though the integrated operation is not admitted by our country's law, there is such pattern in fact, that is, the cooperation and penetration of banking, securities and insurance. Under the condition of integrated operation being moved forward gradually, the present financial regulation mode faces a huge challenge in our country, theoretical analysis, historical analysis, contrast analysis, standard analysis, positive analysis are used to analyze integrated operation and regulation mode in this paper to the trend of integrated operation in our country, we think that the present financial regulation should be adjusted and changed correspondingly to the practice of International financial regulation and the course of practice in integrated operation from theory and practice, and the effective financial regulation system should be put in three steps.The first chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper, the relations among the theoretical basis, the content and target, the mode and the efficiency of financial regulation are proved that it is necessary to regulate finance for the instability and accompanying risk in financial systems, in addition, the mode of financial regulation should be efficiency.The second chapter takes the mode of integrated operation for example, analyzes the cost and effectiveness of integrated operation and the reason of supply and demand for integrated operation, proves that integrated operation taking place separate operation has been a global trend. Under the inner and outside pressure, integrated operation has been a necessary trend to the development of finance management in our country.The third chapter related that with the integrated operation being global trend, according to introduce the development international financial regulation, the mode of international financial regulation developed forward the unified trend and provided the practice for our mode of financial regulation in future.The four chapter puts forward that the reform and development of the financial regulation mode follow certain principles and three practical steps in accordance with the course of integration of financial industry in China.
