The conception of Corporate Social Responsibility was raised early at the beginning of last century. But it had not aroused the attention of the society until the 1990s and then became one of the frontier hot issues in international trade.Based on the theoretical analysis of predecessors on Corporate Social Responsibility, and combined with the status quo in China, the paper uses some models to approve further, and treats the influences of Corporate Social Responsibility on foreign trade dialectically. The paper gives some suggestions in a positive joining and facing attitude. Contents of each chapter are as follows:Chapter one starts from the origin and meaning of Corporate Social Responsibility, abstracts own understanding of the conception. This part combs the scope and details covered by Corporate Social Responsibility. Then it analyzes and sums up the theories on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility.Chapter two analyzes the trends of Corporate Social Responsibility in international trade with the background of economic globalization. Then it makes an analysis of"the Social Clause"under the WTO framework and its trends in the trade process. Finally, it gives a brief introduction of the important stand SA8000.Chapter three focuses the research of Corporate Social Responsibility on the enterprises in China. It sums up the current circumstances, the problems the companies face and the misunderstandings in cognition.Connected with the basic theories of international trade, Chapter four treats the impacts of responsibility to trade in a dialectical way. It uses models and cases to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility connecting with trade on China's foreign trade from both sides. And it thinks that Corporate Social Responsibility has already become the harsh challenges the China's foreign trade has to face to.Based on the country's current situation, Chapter five raises the importance and necessity of Corporate Social Responsibility to the country's foreign trade. It emphasizes that China should face Corporate Social Responsibilities, and makes a series of Strategies in aspects of government, industry associations and enterprises.
