With the rapid development of economy and society, corporate social responsibility(CSR for short) has increasingly attracted the extensive attention of all circles of the society. And ultimately, some policy recommendations on CSR in China's foreign trade are proposed. In this paper, the original labor relations-oriented research ideas are broken through. With the purpose of achieving coordinated development between trade and CSR, this article inspects CSR from the standpoint of foreign trade by using economics thinking skills. In the study, lots of valuable first-hand date information about the cognition and fulfillment of CSR is gained by giving plenty of questionnaires to enterprises and public. Through analyzing these data statistically, this paper inspects the current situation and future trends of China's CSR in empirical analysis.Through the multi-perspective analysis and researches of CSR issue in international trade, the author believes that, policy recommendations on promoting CSR implement should be put forward in three different levels, macroscopic, mesoscopic and microscopic. Therefore, a three-layer model is proposed to promote CSR, namely the macroscopic level (the government) , the mesoscopic level (the media and the industry associations), and the microscopic level (enterprises). Ultimately, targeted policy recommendations are proposed in connection with different subjects in those three layers. Hoping that these works could help to promote the harmonious development of China's foreign trade, and construct the harmonious society.
